Membership is selective. Following are criteria necessary for consideration:

1. Must have a minimum of one year CEO/business owner experience
2. Must have bottom line (P & L) and overall responsibility for the company
3. Must run a company with a minimum of 15 employees and over $2M revenue

This is not a networking group. Although some members are conducting business with each other, the purpose of EXECTEAM is not to find sales leads.  Attitude is very important. Other CEOs are interested in your questions, experience, insight, and your willingness to be open and honest. Soapbox presentations are not welcome. Every story must have a point and an end (be short).
